Joe Dreher
Born, raised and educated in Philadelphia; Joe has an MBA from the University of Philadelphia; as well as his AAI (accredited advisor in insurance) designation. Joe migrated to the Atlanta area in 1991.
After successfully building Nationwide’s highest producing agency for three years in a row; Joe opened his own independent agency in 2001. The agency currently insures over 4500 community associations; Joe also works with non-profits, law firms and small businesses. He is licensed in: Georgia, Florida, Alabama, North and South Carolina, and Tennessee. Joe is passionate about educating his insureds, the board members and its membership.
Outside of Dreher Insurance, Joe has been married for 36 years, has four grown sons – all of which are Eagle Scouts; three of his sons work for the agency. Joe sits on his HOA’s architectural design review committee; is a volunteer for Mending the Gap and an advisory member of St. Mary's Living Extension.
Judy Dreher
Judy Dreher was born, raised and educated in Philadelphia. After a career in interior design, she joined – Dreher Insurance in 2002. Immediately gravitating towards association insurance, her book of business includes: condominium, townhome, homeowner associations and cooperatives.
Involvement in CAI (Community Association Institute) is an important part of staying connected with current legislation, as well as giving back to the community. Chairing the tennis committee was a great opportunity for Judy to get involved, and presently she serves on CAI-Georgia’s education committee. She is a member of both the Georgia and North Gulf Coast (FL) CAI Chapters. Having presided on her own homeowner’s association board, gives her the viewpoint of her client.
Beyond Dreher Insurance, Judy is the board president for Mending the Gap (serving low- income seniors). Favorite activities include: spending time with her family, particularly her little grandchildren; paddle boarding, a good outdoor adventure and reading a book always refreshes her.
Patrick Dreher
Patrick was born and raised in Atlanta; he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Mississippi State University. Post-graduation, he received his P&C insurance license in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Patrick working part-time at Dreher Insurance from high-school, this gave him an early edge in learning the family business, and allowing him insight to the insurance sector.
Patrick has now been with the Agency for five years and continues to learn and grow in the evolving industry. His book of business is primarily Community and Commercial Association business, he enjoys dealing with both board members and association managers. Outside of the office, Patrick enjoys spending his time on the golf course and is a car connoisseur. Most recently Patrick and his wife, Madison became parents to twins!
Christopher Dreher
Christopher is the newest member of Dreher Insurance family. Before joining Dreher, he spent 10 years working in the software startup world – working for some of the highest growth tech companies in Atlanta and New York City. A Georgia Tech alum, Christopher lends the agency his operational and analytic expertise. When not working with our clients and partners; Christopher enjoys an occasional round of golf, and spends his free time exploring Atlanta with his wife Megan and rambunctious 1 year old Knox.
